Hi, I’m Nathalie — Graduate Stylist at Chaps & Dames. I’m so excited to be joining the team at Chaps & Dames as a Graduate Stylist. My journey into hairdressing has been fuelled by a love for creativity, technical precision, and helping people feel like the best version of themselves. I’ve trained with some of the most respected institutions in the industry: Alan D Level 2 Graduate (2023) / Vidal Sasson (ABC Complete 2024 ) / Bluetit Academy (2023–2024) and more recently Capital City college ( Level 3 Diploma) 2024/2025. I’m passionate about delivering top-tier hairdressing rooted in both artistry and technique. Thank you for being part of this exciting next chapter — I truly believe the best is yet to come!

Investor, mentor and partner to C&D (also mother to Paul Federici) A.M ensures the company upholds equal opportunities, pays the living wage to it’s staff and that diversity extends to include all races, cultures and age groups. Book keeper and Team leader along side Paul, A.M is the protector of C&D representing all staff and their entitlements to a fair and just employment within the establishment following legislation and principle every step of the way. With a vision to making C&D a recognised brand name including the introduction of a board of directors and shareholders (something in the pipeline) A.M is watching out for C&D day & night by tapping into a wealth of experience nutured as team leader in the civil service for over 20 years where she briefed ministers on important issues to do with education and the rights and protection of women and children!
